Getting the candidate to use; https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk and provide Flo with the "Check Code" then an API will check the driving licence and upload the Penalties/Disqualifications & Licence Codes.
The "Check Code" is only valid for 21 days, however once Flo is provided it will instantly gain information.
